He is supported by a highly experienced management team with deep technical and operational expertise across mineral exploration, project development, and resource advancement. Together, the leadership team provides strong governance, informed decision-making, and a clear strategic direction for TEG’s growth and long-term success.
Louis Sandler combines strong engineering discipline with innovative problem-solving skills, enabling him to design efficient and practical mine plans, optimize production systems, and implement leading-edge safety, environmental, and operational best practices. His approach ensures both performance efficiency and responsible resource development across mining operations.
